Returns

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We gladly exchange items for a different size or colour within 7 days of delivery.

How to Return

Email us at sales@beesbokkie.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

We'll provide return instructions.

Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.
